Well he didn’t literally put him in the classic wrestling move but the way this guy is yelling for “HELP” after being taken down by an officer he was video taping………! According to the YouTube description all charges against the videographer Mitchell Crooks who actually got two cops in trouble back in 2002 for videotaping another incident have been dropped. Thoughts?
