Incredibly amazing!! I like this semi-rendition of her own song “Get Me Bodied” with a twist of rated-pg type of “let’s exercise & eat healthier” vibe!! She never ever cease to amaze me. It’s fun and POSITIVE….which is what our society needs!! Motivation…and encouragement!!

Our First Lady Michelle Obama is absolutely brilliant…her get up and move campaign is really beginning to hit the main stream and I think its great she is trying to get this country health and fitness on track.
