Have You Seen Will Smith’s $2 Million Dollar Trailer Parked In New York City?

by admin on 05/11/2011 · 14 comments

Blockbuster movie actor Will Smith returns to his $2 Million dollar trailer in New York City after filming scenes for Men In Black 3.

The actor has parked the enormous double-decker home and gym for the shoot – even though he is also renting sumptuous apartment less than a mile away.

The lavish 1,150 square feet two-bedroom, two-bath trailer looks like a metal titanic parked in the narrow streets of Soho in Manhattan. The 42-year-old’s gym trailer is also a gigantic 55 feet.

There is also a space for Smith’s makeup and wardrobe needs. A satellite hookup on the roof sends Smith’s movies to a 50-inch plasma TV or 37-inch TVs peppered around the trailer which also features a 100-inch roll-down movie projector screen.

Upstairs holds bar, an office big enough for 30 people including Smith’s assistants and personal writing staff.
In the same neighborhood, Smith is also renting a five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom apartment for $25,000 a month on trendy Bond Street.

I remember seeing it when he was filming I Am Legend a few years ago. They did a good job with the streets. I remember walking through the set. It’s one of the best things about NY when they shoot the big movies. They shoot Indies all the time, but the Big budget ones are the dopest, those and the Spike Lee joints.

The spoiled yuppies in NYC are complaining that his trailer shouldn’t be parked on their residential street because its too big so the city is making him move it. Ugghh accommodating the new wave of NYers will eventually ruin the city. In a few years NYC will have lost all its luster and will just be another boring over priced suburban neighborhood.

he is not paying a dime..that’s the beauty of it all..Sony is paying for all of that..the trailer the hotel plus Will is getting 25MIL for the pic up front and a additional 20% of overall box office gross and another 20% of dvd sales and tv rights…so lets just say all in all he is going to get paid roughly about 70 to 80MIL for this movie overall.
