He looks like a “moist” smurf.
I’m not a big fan of wearing blue from top to bottom – you’ll end up looking like a smurf. If you can resist the urge to go true blue, then go with different shades of blue. For example, a light blue top with dark indigo jeans. For the bottom, go with off-white or brown kicks.
