These law makers need to cut it out….according to the news report:
More than 7,700 signatures from city residents on a petition in support of the measure were approved as valid by city officials on Wednesday. At least 7,168 signatures were required, and more than 12,000 were submitted.
The measure, which would apply only in the city of San Francisco, would make it a misdemeanor crime to circumcise a boy before he is 18 years old. The maximum penalty would be a year in jail and a $1,000 fine. Circumcisions would be permitted only for medical reasons, with no religious exemptions.
Even if the vote goes through in November the Anti-Defamation League and several Jewish organizations plan to continue the fight saying this is a constitutional violation.

circumcision reduces the chances of contracting hiv but it has to be done before puberty. do men really need that extra skin anyway?

The ancient Hebrews which were a black nation and practiced circumcision as commanded to them by Yahuwah. Yahuwah is the one true name of the creator not Lord or God as the English bible states. When the Hebrew Messiah Yahuwshuwah (not Jesus) died on the tree we were no longer under the old law. The scriptures speak of circumcision of the heart which is symbolic and prompts us to obey the teachings of the Yahuwshuwah and the Apostles. It’s time for the world to come out of the bondage of ignorance. Black people in America and abroad need to realize they are the fulfillment of biblical prophecy. Turn from your wicked ways and return to your creator. Read about the curses that would come to the Children of Israel if they broke Yahuwah’s covenant. This is detailed in Deuteronomy chapter 28 and you will see that black people are the true Israelites and the Gentile (white) imposters are posing as us.
