Looks like Blade actor Wesley Snipes who is now 48 years old will have to stay in a Pennsylvania jail through 2013 on tax evasion charges after this appeal was overruled by the US Supreme Court. The actor who began serving his three year sentence this past December did not file taxes from 1999 – 2001 according to court documents. See you when you get home Wes!
