This came as a surprise today kinda… Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are calling it quits after seven years of marriage according to People.
“We have decided to end our marriage,” they tell PEOPLE exclusively in a joint statement. “This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.”
“It is a painful time for all involved,” the statement continues, “and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time.”
Lopez, 41, and Anthony, 42, wed in June 2004 in a casual – and secret – ceremony at Lopez’s Beverly Hills home.

i used to hate on J-lo a lil bit, but you know everyone deserves to be happy, and this dude seems like baggage to me…. one of those ‘locked-up-in-stereotypical-roles types’. But who knows, neither of them should have any real issues finding other folks.

Marc was tired of her &J.Lo was always clinging to him. Not taking sides, but Ithink Marc has soooo much sex appeal for a skinny guy; he’s very sexy. J.Lo didn’t plan on falling inlove w/her re-bound, but she did. It seems the only victims here are the heart-broken ex’s& all of Marc’s children.
