Be prepared to never enjoy another yogurt sample again. The story began when a female shopper with her daughter was approached by a male employee at Sunflower Farmers Market in New Mexico who she called “pushy” about making her taste his yogurt sample. After the customer tasted the yogurt and found it to be “disgusting” she reported the incident and tests of the yogurt later found it contained semen from the employee Anthony Garcia. Anthony is now looking at 2 felony counts, adulteration of food which carries a 3-year sentence and lying to authorities after it took place, a 5 year maximum.
