A Pennsylvania woman was stopped and given a DUI when she crashed her motorized wheelchair at 4:23 am in a mobile home park in her neighborhood. The woman named Connie Lebo, 63 had a blood alcohol content level of .16 percent prompting authorities to give her the DUI after she got a test at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center. CRAZY!
