Last week Kim Kardashian’s lawyers filed a suit in Los Angeles against Old Navy and its parent company Gap for a rumored $20 – $30 million over the company using a model who too closely resembles her and may confuse consumers. Although Melissa Molinaro is not named in the suit, she is the model in question shown above – video after the jump.
