While waiting to deliver a White House speech today on his plans to help veterans get jobs President Obama stalled for about a minute after telling the audience that he was “just waiting” on something. Turns out he got word that the 21 gun salute being conducted outside had yet to conclude, but some guy with steel cojones couldn’t take it anymore. Waiiiiit for it…….

Im not sure he yelled awkward. It may have been an end salutation from the 21 gun salute.
