Steve Stoute is a brilliant marketer & arguably one of the biggest reasons for Jay-Z’s transcendence as a brand and businessman. Steve is a smart dude and the book should be a good read.

Can’t deny Stoute found his niche and worked magic with it. Not really my field but I’ll probably pick up the book on gp anyway.

props to Steve Stoute. However, tanning? Man this great Recession has almost wiped out the gains from the 90s in the black community. Its a uphill battle from here on out.

You have to keep up with Stoute to understand the full meaning of tanning. He more so, uses this word based on the reality that the U.S. is growing in its population of tan (black, asian, mexican,…etc) and soon whites will not be the majority in America.

majority in population versus wealth, accumulation of it, jobs, perceptions are two different things. Could just be apartheid-like (not in laws but end result)
