10 Years Later… the.LIFE Files Remembers Aaliyah Dana Haughton

It’s been 10 years to the day that we lost singer/actress Aaliyah Dana Haughton, but her legacy continues to live on and her influence can be seen on a lot of up and coming singers as well.  We truly hope that “Baby Girl” is resting in peace.  One of our favorite Aaliyah videos after the jump.

It’s wonderful that I came across this posting on Aaliyah me & a friend were just talking about what a beautiful girl Aaliyah was and how she wasn’t arrogant about it; I’m sure she is missed by many. I loved her song “One In A Million”.

I just took my Aaliyah posters down two seconds ago. I still lover her! Everybody I knew had the biggest Aaliyah crush. And she was so down to Earth. Her name used to be the password to all my shit, for real. R.I.P. babygirl. damn so gorgeous.
