Inappropriate yes. But they are in a parade environment better to dance than attacking the people. Give the officer a slap on the wrist. Notice no violent incident occured so they did their job.
boy they are REALLY trying to move this parade aren’t they? I mean is this really a big deal?
and people say they want officers who care and involved in the community… they got a little bit carried away, they pulled it back and kept it moving.
Meanwhile, just how many shootings were there before, during and after the parade? I think the focus should be on that. If anything this guy should get his slap on the wrist and keep it moving. the police can’t be everywhere and are human beings too.

Shut up that is not true. speak facts the parade shut down around 6:30pm and only 2 people were shot at 9pm near the parade route. How did it shut down noon when I was jumping all the way until 5:30pm?

no one wants an asshole straight face cop at a public event. they were doing everyone a favor by getting amongst the festivities. they did nothing wrong, end of story.

I mean, in Toronto, police officers get a dance in where they can. The more we can keep them from pissing people off the better. I have no issues with cops dancing as long as it’s in good taste. We even had a picture of a cop and masquerader dancing on the front of the Toronto Sun. But I guess we just get down differently here.
People are just pissed because they want this parade shut down in NY. They want it shut down in Toronto too, we had violence this year as well….but I mean, violence is everywhere….we can’t let a minority mess it up for the majority.
