This week was not a good one for rapper Foxy Brown’s brother and former manager Gavin Marchand after a NYC court sentenced the 36-year old to 2 1/2 – 5 years in prison for identity theft. Last August 2010 – Marchand was arrested for using stolen credit cards to purchase over $8,000 dollars worth of merchandise from the 5th Avenue Hermes store in NYC.
