A Texas woman named Colleen O’Neal is suing United/Continental after she claims that a 2009 flight she took had so much turbulence she now has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and can no longer fly. According to Colleen:
“This 20 minute flight turned into 2 and a half hours of hell. I’ve spoken to several people on the flight and the general consensus is that we all thought we were dead. This does not just affect my ability to get on an airplane, there have been times when I’ve been driving down the road and I hit a pot hole and I have to pull over because I’m having a flash back.”
Think she should win?

Hell No! be grateful you’re alive. You see something Traumatic everyday living in New York.. Control your mind. Control your heart, and you won’t be having flashbacks. She doesn’t have to fly, John Madden never did., Boom! Tough acting Tinactin!
Colleen, bitch, shut up! Everyone is so sue crazy. Life happens. If you’re that fucking scared, stay your dumbass in the house all day.
hella nah..this woman needs to get slapped..
I don’t think she should sue and if she does I hope she doesn’t sue. That is to say if this is all the information, if there was some sort of negligence involved turning a 20 minute flight into a two hour flight is pretty dramatic, that made the flight 6 times longer than it should have been. That’s like saying a four hour flight too an entire day (24 hours). However, suing for turbulence during a flight is like suing MacDonald’s because you’re fat.
