The Recession Has Made Men More Likely To Cheat?

by admin on 10/18/2011 · 3 comments

According to a new study conducted on the University Of Kansas when going through stressful times men are more likely to go into “survival mode” and start cheating. Reports the Daily Mail:

US researchers asked some men to think about their own death, which is similar to the feeling of ‘low survivability’ that many experience during a period of prolonged economic gloom. They asked another group to think about a less serious fear – dental pain, and showed both groups porn pictures afterwards. Results showed than men who’d thought about dying were far more turned-on and had a greater heart rate when looking at the porn than those asked to think about the dentist.

The team, from the University of Kansas, USA, say this is because men respond more strongly to the potential dangers of a recession, losing their job or not being able to put food on the table.

Do you mean “made men more likely to cheat”? cause that makes more sense than “Mad Men”.

it was like, damn i can die today – i’m fucking everything that moves.
