Personal trainer Drew Mainning is taking one year to show people that he can go from six pack to gut and back to six pack. Beggining on May 7th Drew decided to take six months getting his body into the worse shape he can, then he will use the next six months chiseling it back into shape. In 5 months he already gained 70 pounds and is up to about 263.

well no kidding, its called muscle memory, it takes nothing for someone who is usually in great shape to gain fat and then get back into great shape
