He knows better! He shouldn’t be parked there. He isn’t SPECIAL! I hate when people who aren’t handicap park in that designated spot.

If you look closer you will see that he wasn’t even parked in the handicap spot, but rather next to it. The altercation took place in the handicap parking spot.
