Dakota Fanning’s Ad For Marc Jacobs Is Banned In The UK!

by admin on 11/09/2011 · 5 comments

Now that this ad starring 17-year old Dakota Fanning has been banned by the British Advertising Standards Authority it will probably be more widely circulated than ever.  You can’t buy this type of publicity, here’s what they said:

“We noted that the model was holding up the perfume bottle which rested in her lap between her legs and we considered that its position was sexually provocative. We understood the model was 17 years old but we considered she looked under the age of 16. We considered that the length of her dress, her leg and position of the perfume bottle drew attention to her sexuality. Because of that, along with her appearance, we considered the ad could be seen to sexualize a child.”

What do think, is this ad too sexy for her?

Can’t wait ’till she turns 18.. I wanna get her right before she Lindsay Lohans herself. (I Don’t really think she’ll Lindsay Lohan herself) But i wonder if her price will go down if she ever plucked a black guy?! She did kiss that kid from the wire in that bee movie. My type a snow bunny.. lol
