Leave it to Bill. On his show The O’Reilly Factor last night with Fox News colleague Megyn Kelly Bill talked about the controversial incident at the UC, Davis campus saying that the cops were not doing anything wrong. Meanwhile Megyn says pepper is just a food product…….right?
