Chicago Bears reserve wide receiver, Sam Hurd, has only caught 12 balls this season, but the number of 8-balls he’s been throwing around Chicago have got him flagged by the feds for a major penalty.
He was arrested yesterday outside of a Chicago restaurant after meeting with an undercover agent and buying a kilogram of cocaine from him. While meeting with the agent, he was recorded saying “he was interested in buying 5 to 10 kilograms of cocaine and 1,000 pounds of marijuana per week to distribute.” He told the agent that he was already moving four kilos a week in Chicago, and that his supplier couldn’t keep up with his demands. Hurd took the kilogram of cocaine from the undercover agent, and said could pay for it after he got out of practice. He was arrested as soon as he left the restaurant.
Just in case you were wondering, this summer Hurd signed a three-year 3.97 million dollar contract with a 1.35 million dollar signing bonus with the Chicago Bears after playing with the Cowboys for six seasons. Hurd has earned 6.57 million dollars in his NFL career.

Welp one thing I can say is…He was making more money doing what he was doing than he was playing football. Cause if he is moving 4 keys a week plus 1k lbs of weed a week, then that mill he was making a year playing football couldnt compare….but now he will be making nothing, so it wasn’t really worth it!
