Looking at this photo and reading this story may cause you to check the year on your calendar. An Ohio landlord named Jamie Hein has been found in violation of anti-discrimination laws after she posted a sign that read ‘Public Swimming Pool, White Only” this spring at the pool of her duplex in Cincinnati saying it was just decorative. According to witnesses and the girls father, Hein originally put the sign up at the private pool to keep a young black girl from going in the water over fears her hair made it cloudy after a Memorial Day swim. Here’s what Hein tells ABC News:
“I’m not a bad person. I don’t have any problem with race at all. It’s a historical sign. I’ve never said anything to that child, if I have to stick up for my white rights, I have to stick up for my white rights. It goes both ways.”

When she describes her rights as “white rights”, that gives you a glimpse of her way of thinking. How are “white rights” any different from anyone else’s rights?
Racist idiot… Who says shit like, my “white rights”? In short, the ‘Bill of Rights’ (first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution) is intended to protect the natural rights of liberty, property, and some personal freedoms. Is there a bill of white rights floating around somewhere that outlines more rights for white? Someone has seen too many episodes of ‘In the Heat of the Night’. Racism will always exist…SMH B.

Like she said, it is history. Decorative, whatever. Bad taste, maybe so, but she’s right. It is her right. It’s her pool? She can do what she wants. If she wants to hate blacks, she can say it all day. It’s her rights. Blacks put the term “black” infront of everything, whites can too. I support her.
Actually Anti-discriminatory laws say different. I know how extremely difficult it must be growing up white in America and having your white rights violated so i sympathize with you

Really? She looked at the black girl with hate in her heart and clearly she’s unhappy with herself, and so are you.
