According to analysts fast food chain Wendy’s is on pace to pass Burger King this year as the second most popular despite having over 1,000 less locations in the U.S – which combined is still less than McDonald’s has. According to the WSJ, “Burger King had 2010 U.S. system wide sales of $8.7 billion, just $370 million higher than Wendy’s, compared with a $542 million difference in 2009.”
