Oprah Winfrey is in South Africa and tweeting the events today as she celebrates another huge milestone in her career, watching 72 girls from her school for the gifted underprivileged South African girls graduate with all of them heading to a university around the world. Oprah originally spent $40 million to build The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in 2007.

That’s not hate, that’s truth– ish is called brain drain. Taking the top and brightest out of any country and sending them elsewhere..if they never return to SA, then the country, their community especially, continues to not advance. I appreciate and respect what Oprah is doing for them all the same, the rest (and the future) is up to the girls now…
