Virgin Galactic’s boss Sir Richard Branson confirmed the news with a blog post saying:
“I gave Ashton a quick call to congratulate and welcome him,” Branson wrote. “He is as thrilled as we are at the prospect of being among the first to cross the final frontier (and back!) with us and to experience the magic of space for himself.”
The ride set Ashton Kutcher back a whopping $200,000 but he will be the 500th astronaut to travel to space with Branson on his Spaceship 2 rocket. Would you go if you had the $$$?
