The New South China Mall in Dongguan is the largest in the world containing an indoor/outdoor roller coaster and 7 million square feet that should have accommodated 2,350 stores after it was built in 2005. To date the mall remains almost 95 percent vacant, seems the mall’s super impressive size has made anyone nervous about setting up shop there!
