As George Zimmerman’s attorneys prepare for his bail hearing today, ABC News has obtained an exclusive new photo that show George’s head bloody the night of the attack. His lawyers hope this will help back up his claim that Trayvon Martin was banging his head into the ground moments before he shot him…stay tuned for word on the bail hearing today.
Update: A judge has announced that George Zimmerman will be given a $150,000 bond and is not allowed to have a gun, consume alcohol and must wear and monitoring device and advise the sheriff’s department of his whereabouts every three days. Where’s the emt report and photos of his broken nose? Why would the ‘neighbor’ be snapping photos of this man’s head and not the police or emt? We ALL know that electronic data can be manipulated. And lastly, if he had stayed his ass in the car as instructed there would have never been any chance for a confrontation. If anyone had a right to defend themselves that night, it was Treyvon.

He went back to his truck when he was on the phone with 911. He was not in his home. He was out walking when he saw Crayon St. Skittles. He went back to his truck. That’s when he lost sight of Crayon for a second and started running after him. Get your facts straight.

this is irrelevant to the case other than the fact that these leaks are blatant jury tampering on the part of the defense.
he got out of his car after being told not to and confronted trayvon. this is fact. trayvon’s call to his girlfriend is also confirmed – this is fact – that he was being chased. the sound of zimmerman running to chase down trayvon is also on the tape. this is fact.
he will stand trial because he does not meet the reasonable definition for the existing stand your ground law.
i prefer him be free anyway because the media will quickly find out where he is (he’s gonna have electronic monitoring on and probable house arrest) … and i like that.

Exactly!! If he didn’t follow him then there wouldn’t have been a fight. For all we know Trayvon was probably wondering why he was following him and Trayvon reacted as a form of self-defense. Trayvon probably felt threatened.

If the photo is legit, then why didn’t any visible scaring & bruising appear on the police surveillance tape? Even on the photo, the blood is more visible than the actual wounds. That could easily be fabricated. He also claimed to have received a broken nose… why doesn’t that appear on the surveillance tape?
And he refused medical attention from the EMT’s that appeared at the scene of the crime. For a man who has claimed to have suffered from so many injuries, why would he refuse medical attention?
I call bullshit on his entire story.

What this proves is that we all need to let the case come to life. I am a black male and understand the ills of profiling. But, I also understand how the media play all of us like puppets. The case should be tried on facts, not on anger and politics.
Lets get smart. If the roles were reversed, we would want the facts to save a black male, not the media or police driving to judgement because it was a white/black situation.
If Trayvon had walked away from that incident and Zimmerman had been the one that was killed, this case would’ve played out way differently, believe me.
First of all, it wouldn’t have taken 46 days for them to have made an arrest. He would’ve immediately been arrested at the scene. The news media wouldn’t have any story to report at all. The world would’ve never known.
By now, he probably would’ve been tried, sentenced and on his way to nearest prison facility to begin his life sentence. Case closed.
And I agree with you. That is my point. Everyone is pushing for arrest and speediness. To your point, if it was the other way around, we would be saying he was arrested without sufficient evidence and not given a fair trail. All screaming for the appeal process.
