An Oregon woman who thought she had found the perfect guy on dating website eHarmony has been awarded $900,000 by a judge from the man she met and had unprotected sex with who gave her herpes. The 69-year old retired dentist says he didn’t know he was contagious because he wasn’t experiencing an outbreak at the time they had sex.

How the !uck does she get awarded damn near a million for fucking with NO protection? How does that make sense?… She is the one who opened her legs and mouth to some dude online? That ain’t nothing but her fault …like wtf are u doing? And I don’t know what eharmony and meeting him online has to do with anything! Them dumbass dating sites can’t protect you from std infested people on thier site… This is some bullshit! You should not be able to sue for bullshit like that unless ur married because that’s what protection is for people….. This story is annoying as hell

but you can catch herpes even with condoms.
You’re right… herpes can still be transmitted, even with the use of a condom. But, the chances are lowered if there isn’t a current outbreak, coupled with the use of a condom.
It’s still a gamble, but, the odds are more in your favor for staying herpes free.
I don’t care if you can catch it with or without protection at the end of the day that was her choice to have sex with that man and again that is no ones fault but her own! Those are the risk u take! And she took an even bigger risk when when she didnt even protect herself ..are u kidding me? ..,And the fact that she admits to unprotected sex she damn sure shouldn’t be getting any money for this crap! I agree ! This was probably her argument in court and the reason why she won ! He should have told her he had it ! He’s all on a dating site like he scott free and he’s walking around with a STD …in this case u need to let a women know…if he doesnt want to then get off a darn dating site. Case closed my friends !
