Drizzy recently dropped close to $8 million on this beautiful L.A. home. His new 7,444 square-foot palace equipped with a tennis court, volley ball court, home theatre, equestrian ring, grotto and wet bars actually came at a bargain price. The house originally hit the market in 2009 for an asking price of $27 million. It also fell down to $9.95 million but Mr. Graham was able to acquire it for $7.7 million to be exact.
