21-year old Chavis Carter was arrested by police in Arkansas after he was found with marijuana while riding as a passenger in his friends pickup truck. That’s when things get sketchy as officers say after they searched him and he was handcuffed and put in the back of their car he somehow shot himself in the head. The two officers have since been placed on administrative leave while the investigation goes on.

According to cops, Carter was restrained in the back of a squad car Saturday night when he shot himself in the head.
“He was handcuffed behind his back,” says Sergeant Lyle Waterworth. He adds cops were a little more than a car length away when they “reported hearing a sound. They were not sure what the sound was.”
That is until they found Carter bleeding, a gun lying near him. Officers say they searched him twice before the shooting, never finding a gun.
if they hand cuffed him, didnt they searched him first before putting him in the car. they should have a video from inside the car……if they dont or it goes missing then definitely it was the cops.
