The all-new BMW M6 GranCoupe will make its official debut in January 2013 at the Detroit Motor Show in a few months. Here are some details on the new car:
The next M6 GranCoupe will be powered by the same engine as the standard M6 models, which is a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine with an output of 553 horsepower and a peak torque of 501 foot-pounds delivered between 1,750 and 5,750 rpm. The engine will be mated to a seven-speed M-Double Clutch Transmission (M-DCT) that will send the power to the rear wheels.

Oooooooooooooooooooh…..Gimme! Gimmie! Gimmie!
My dad has a 7 series coupe and I LOVE it! This one is OFF the meat rack though!
They don’t even make 7 series coupes….
Ugh….YES they do love. Maybe not where YOU are, but in NY, they do!
Ah, you’re right. It was the M series….I sure dont know cars! Either way it was a beamer.
Umm dude.. They dont make 7 Series coupes and I dont think they ever did. And the “M” badge, only really means a souped up engine and different rims. Your dad probably had a BMW M6 or maybe the M5..
Well, I’m a female, not a dude.
And yeah, it probably was. I know he had a 325i, 4-door before he traded it in for the one he has now. I dont pay attention to all of that, I just ride. lol
And yeah, the 7 series coupe was a concept, but never actually happened.
