Is this offensive? The latest internet meme is a blog dedicated to the reactions of white people after it was announced Mitt Romney would not be our next president.
sad, very sad, but unfortunately you’re quite right. i’m 25, i work around all babyboomers. (people 50 and up) and the majority of them were hardcore against obama and i know damn well it was for no other reason than the fact that hes black.
Not this white person! LOL Romneys crowd looked like a mordern day KKK rally!! So proud of all the voters out there, we stood up to these twisted ass Republicans trying to take us back to the 1950′s! So nice to see REAL diversity & so many women running the Senate!!
I dont think this election was race vs race.. because I am pretty sure more black people voted for Obama than black people. What that the black population of the USA is what, only 12.6%? How much of that population is able to vote? How much of that 13% actually voted? So maybe 3 or 4% of the total vote for Obama was for black people. So a huge percentage of whites had to vote for this black man as well. I dont think America is a racist as some black people make it out to be. Its 2012 and a black dude was voted in by white people for 8 years!!!
its about the old white people’s way vs. the new American way of thinking. It was the filthy rich against the people trying to get something out of life and are struggling bad. Yeah racism is still alive in the old way of thinking and the closed mindedness of rural America. I see it everyday living in KY the first state called for Romney….in Louisville and Lexington the two biggest cities were for Obama the rest of the state which is mainly rural went for Romney. Me as a black man wouldn’t really want to be caught in any of those areas after dark if you know what i mean. So there are different factors to the sides against Obama and race is still one of them.
1st off, Mulatto is a racist term. Obama is black, if you doubt that read all of the blogs that refer to him with the N word with the R at the the end.
This election was only about race to bigots.
Obama had the best plan for America, period.
These pundits are paper thin as they try to divide and conquer. Kick rocks mofos.
-Mulatto is not a racist term.
-Obama is more whiter than your average “get by” white family. ( his was raised by white people, his father wasn’t around him. I know black people like to think that way but on the realistic side, Obama isn’t much black but his skin)
-This election wasn’t only about race. (unless you are fundie republican)
I’m white. This is hilarious. I went to several political rallies for both candidates this year and it was always fascinating to me the diversity of Obama’s crowds and the lack of diversity in Romney’s. It was just old white people for Romney, a couple blacks here and there and they were always seated behind the podium so they’d be on-camera.
I’m white, I voted Obama. It wasn’t really a race issue.
Ignorant wealthy people just believe that the poor/uneducated are in their situation because they are inferior human beings. Many people born into wealth don’t understand that people who are un-educated/poor are often in that situation because they never received the same opportunities for success that the wealthy are given. Obama wants to give everyone a fair chance, and Romney believed that poor/un-educated people don’t have any potential to contribute to our society.

THEY NEED TO JUST GET OVER IT….
If look at some of the twitter reactions of racists, you might understand why some of this blogs pop up. This was a really racially charged election.

*white people
More whites voted for Obama than blacks. The only way it was racial was by blacks.
Your math is incorrect when you calculate how inner cities effect the electoral college.
you’re right. looking at the electorate in pure terms of popular vote is always inaccurate.

Fuck the bullshit talk and fix AMERICA to where it should be shit has only been down for over 12years now!
idiot he can’t fix America. only you can. if every American has your attitude – waiting for Obama to fix the country – no wonder it fucking sucks.
shut the fuck up – roll up your sleeves and get to work. only when you’re ready to do that will this country become great again.
this is what he said in 2008 and y’all fell back – waiting for rainbows and fucking unicorns and butterflies. it’s not magic. do the work.
Dick face when i said fix america i meant the general public!
No doubt , good people make a good country!

* “more whiter” – really?

* “isn’t much black but his skin” – what is that even supposed to mean? ugh…
