Despite appearances by some of the biggest stars in the music industry, this year’s American Music Awards took a big ratings hit amongst viewers 18-49 dropping 20 percent. While 12 million people tuned in last year, only 9.47 million of us 18-49 watched this year’s show which was less than Sunday Night Football.
