A 34-year old man named Damon Torres who dresses up as video game character Mario and roams New York’s Times Square has been arrested for the second time after a woman claims he grabbed her inner thigh. Somehow Torres was captured shortly after the incident and charged with harassment, forcible touching, and pot possession.
