A 16-year old girl and her 15-year old friend have been arrested after the elder teen parents realized they had been drugged with sleeping pills by their daughter who was angry over their no internet after 10 PM policy. Authorities discovered the teens brought the sleeping pills from a fast food store then crushed them up and put in milkshakes they made for the parents. Crazy kids!
