Former San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders offensive tackle Kwame Harris was in court today facing felony counts of domestic violence causing great bodily injury and assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury for beating up his ex-boyfriend in August. According to the report 30-year old Harris was going to take his ex Dimitri Geier to the airport, but after Geier put too much soy sauce in Kwame’s rice an argument started which led to the former football player pulling his pants down and accusing him of stealing his underwear in the car. The ex Geir, who is 6′ 1″ and 220 pounds, says he had to have surgery to repair his orbital bones and is also suing for assault, battery, false imprisonment and negligence.
The former first round pick is looking at seven years if convicted when the trial starts in April.
