It might not be his responsibility to provide the blueprint to his success, but, if he names a song “Financial Freedom”, a reasonable person would think that he would at least provide some tips on how to attain it… legally. Especially when that is how he became so wealthy.

I disagree with your second point regarding porn stars. I think that porn stars are really bout that life. I mean, they are really fucking for the most part (Unless it’s softcore porn). And I’m pretty sure that’s how they get down behind closed doors, too.

Now, as far as Al Pacino is concerned, I don’t believe that he’s really out there wilding out the way that he portrayed on film. I can discern fantasy from reality. But, if you recall, the ending of “Scarface” showed him getting shot multiple times, dying at the “top” of his game.

To me, that is more realistic than the contents of this song. It showed that there are consequences to ones actions. If you live that lifestyle you will eventually pay the price, by either death or a lifetime of imprisonment.

We need more Warren Buffets & less Scarfaces in our communities, imo.

For a man who has made more money from endorsement deals than he has from criminal activity, you would think that he would be rhyming about the former instead of the latter. No such luck with this track, though.

From the sound of this, you’d think that he just stepped right off the block & into success. More fantasy raps & a very misleading song title is all that we get from his so called; “Financial Freedom”.

In my opinion, if he wanted to share his thoughts on real “Financial Freedom”, he’d provide the actual blueprint of his success & not just another rehashed tale of the life of a drug kingpin.
