Hyundai used the Louis Vuitton logo on a basketball pictured above during one of their commercial spots for this years Superbowl without consent.  The French fashion house filed legal papers in federal court today where they called their logo “famous and incontestable” after it was used in Hyundai’s Ordinary vs. Luxurious TV spots.

Wow, and the advertisers just keep walking away.  It’s amazing how one major incident can change you for life, the golfer has been dropped by Tag Heuer, AT&T and Accenture but maintained his deals with Electronic Arts and Nike.  Can it get any worse?
