In my opion…Short on all except for Busta. Katie Holmes had the best short upgrade. This cut makes her look fabulous.

the short styles MAKE Rihanna, Katie and Victoria! Toni should stick with long and Kelis’ styles speaks for itself, long or short. Luda looks great short, but Busta should have kept the locks. in the end…to each his own!!
