Michael Vick sentenced to 23 Months in JAIL!

For his role in financing and condoning “Dog Fighting” Atlanta Falcons football star Michael Vick was sentenced to 23 months in JAIL. Thats a far cry from the 4-6 that they were talking about Earlier!
Any Thoughts on the Sentencing LIFER???

i still struggle to understand why everybody wants to pander to Vick and say, “oh he made mistake, take it easy on the poor guy.” Listen the dude knowingly broke the law. and he didn’t stop at breaking the law, he strategically funded and operated an illegal criminal organization. I don’t understand why we should feel sorry for him. Vick will pay his debt to society by serving his prison term. hopefully he will come out a little wiser, and a lot more mature… He will still have millions in the bank(or at least he should), so i suggest you all save your tears for someone a little more deserving. I hope the best for the guy…he’s got too much talent to not be playing the game right now.

And as far as M. Vic… umm.. i’m against animal cruelty so I think he def should be getting some time, but I honetly thought he was gonna get half that since he is in fact a first time offender but hey he broke the law, gotta deal with it!

Are the people aware that in Oriental countries they have a market for dog meat where Dogs are sold to be eaten? They are a delicacy in some countries. I even had an oriental dude tell me that if a Hurricane hits and he’s out of food his dogs will be dinner. Shouldn’t America be trying to declare war on the Koreans if dogs are this damn important?

Whether he’s black or white, he commited a crime and has to pay for it. Angry Black and Dom are some stupid ass niggas. Being black doesn’t get you get out of jail free card regardless of your crime only b/c your’e black. Race card won’t work here. Although I do think that the sentencing is bullshit, I’m not going to excuse him b/c of the color of his skin.

I have a white pit,and would not even think of putting her in a dog fight,the only fight she’s going to be in is the one where she’s eating someones face off because you violated someone in my house.there was a regular dude on the radio up here this morning and he said he did 4 years for the same crime,so he did get off easy.I think he deserves the time he got,I’m not with the whole animal cruelty thing.and plus …I don’t understand these athletes and different stars that do dumb shit.I mean…this dudes a millionare(atleast was)so what was the purpose of the dog fights, a couple of hundred dollars a fight..come on stupid.
